A tube is a tube is a tube, right? Wrong. At the Tube 2016 trade show in Düsseldorf, Sandvik showed how tubing can be much more. Its Werther unit in Germany showcased several important product launches, including the ability to produce 1,100 meter lengths of coiled tubing from a single 125 kg billet – with no welds. Open developed the strategy and messaging, including digital elements, film and other material.

The company offers a new method for non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) based on digital analysis of cell-free DNA.
Under the banner “We help you get there,” Sandvik launched its combined offering to the offshore oil and gas industry, showcasing how its products and expertise help the industry to overcome extreme material challenges in deep waters. The new program was officially introduced to industry in early May at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas.
