As the founder of Open, David is a strategic branding expert and copywriter who has worked extensively in Asia, Europe and North America. A former journalist and retailing executive from New York, he has worked on both B2B and B2C clients ranging from Ericsson, Sandvik, Xylem and Fresenius Kabi to Bentley, Absolut and Virgin. David founded Open in 2001 to provide a smarter alternative to international clients looking to communicate across boarders. During his career he has handled everything from med-tech and pharmaceutical products to writing the Absolut Brand Book and re-launching the global Bentley brand. David is an ex-pat American, father of two and a passionate book reader.
