Our client. Husqvarna is a world known quality brand within garden and forest tools and machines. A Swedish brand that has set the standard for robotic lawn mowers and cutting tools like chain saws, for both professionals and privates.
Our assignment. To create unified customer brand experiences, Husqvarna understand they need to support and educate their dealer network. Not only supplying promotional material but with knowledge to evolve to new levels, optimizing workflows, improve their digital footprint and continuously improve to grow their revenue.
The solution. To support Husqvarna implementing a worldwide dealer program, Husqvarna dealer growth program was developed. A digital program in six stages, all stages independent of each other, covering the topics of: the shop, skills, digital presence, sales, and service. By using power point and film a complete tool kit was developed making it possible for each dealer to evolve the business from their home site and at a time of their own choice.
The result. The program is today part of Husqvarna university, a global hub of knowledge and training, enabling dealerships to remain profitable and evolve in a time where e-commerce is steadily growing.
